Whistleblower

Employees, but also third parties, can report any compliance violations at any time.

In particular, the following can be reported:

• non-compliance or the threat of non-compliance with internal company compliance requirements (LAUDA Code of Conduct)
• non-compliance or the threat of non-compliance with legal requirements
• Complaints or information on all human rights and environmental risks or all human rights and environmental breaches of duty under the LkSG
• Reports in accordance with the applicable national legislation implementing the European Union's Whistleblower Protection Directive 2019/1937 

The information received goes directly to the whistleblower officer appointed by the company and is treated with the highest priority and in strict confidence.

Reports of compliance violations can be submitted by e-mail or by post.
