What is the 5-year Best-Warranty?

The manufacturer's warranty applies to registered new LAUDA appliances and supplements the statutory liability for defects. With our new 5-year Best-Warranty, we offer you additional security for your investment, including free repair of material and manufacturing defects. It must be activated within three months of purchasing your new appliance from one of our participating partners, is non-transferable and expires when the appliance is resold.

How can I activate the 5-year Best-Warranty?

IMPORTANT: As proof of warranty eligibility, please upload the delivery receipt for your new device including the original LAUDA heat transfer liquid.

Which device lines are covered by the 5-year Best-Warranty?

Our premium warranty services apply to almost all LAUDA series appliances: Alpha, ECO, Hydro, Integral, LOOP, Microcool, PRO, Proline, Proline Kryomate, Ultracool, Ultratemp, Universa, Variocool, Versafreeze.

What warranty conditions apply?

To ensure reliable operation, the appliance must be verifiably operated within the warranty period using only original LAUDA heat transfer liquids. There are exceptions for Hydro and Versafreeze. More detailed provisions can be found in the device-specific documentation.

In addition, the requirements for statutory liability for defects and intended use of the appliance apply. These include:

  • Proper installation and operational use of the device
  • The prohibition of modifications and unauthorized repairs
  • Regular maintenance in accordance with the device-specific documentation
What additional benefits do you receive with our 5-year Best-Warranty?

Our 5-year Best-Warranty applies in addition to your local statutory warranty rights from the purchase of a new appliance from a participating partner for a total period of five years. It covers the repair of significant material and manufacturing defects that are reported within five years of delivery. In the event of a warranty claim, our team of experts will rectify these defects through professional repair or provide you with a new LAUDA appliance.

How do I get help with repairs?

You can report a repair case quickly and easily in our service portal LAUDA.LIVE Services:

You will then receive support from trained service technicians and a professional repair by a local LAUDA Service Center or a service facility of an authorized LAUDA partner – you can find a current overview here:

We can offer you on-site warranty services by placing a separate order.

What is not covered by the 5-year Best-Warranty?

There are no warranty claims for the following cases:

  • Natural wear and tear and wearing parts
  • Transport damage not caused by LAUDA
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs
  • Attachment and accessory parts such as cables, hoses, plugs and adapters
Where does the 5-year Best-Warranty apply?

Our 5-year Best-Warranty is valid in all participating countries – even if you subsequently move your device to another country. You can find a current overview here:

THREE SIMPLE STEPS TO REGISTRATION

Warranty activation – it's that simple

1. ENTER NUMBER

Enter the order number and serial number and the system will immediately check the warranty eligibility of your new device.

2. ADD COMPANY DATA

Click on "Extend warranty" and enter your company and contact information.

3. UPLOAD PROOF

Upload the delivery bill for your new device and the heat transfer liquid for the warranty check and the start of the warranty.

DONE!

After completion, you will receive the official warranty confirmation,
